Dr. Chase pursued his undergraduate studies in Oklahoma on a soccer scholarship. He then went to Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, GA where he finished his college soccer career. He transferred to world renowned Texas Chiropractic College and completed his Doctorate degree in chiropractic medicine. After finishing school, he began his post graduate studies in soft tissue injuries and sports rehabilitation. His studies have taken him to Germany to study fascia and the effects it has on sports injuries. He has been the team doctor for the Houston Stallions indoor football team, Katy Rugby club, Prodigy cheer, Cypress Gymnastics and many other local teams around the Katy west Houston area.

Seth Lawrence, DPT

Dr. Lawrence is a nationally licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, public speaker, life optimization coach, and author of "Your Life Prescribed: Bridging the Gap Between Health and Fitness." He specializes in the comprehensive rehabilitation and collaborative training of not only the everyday individual but also the elite athlete. He takes an eclectic approach to his therapy that puts emphasis on education. With a strong belief in the importance of expanding one's knowledge base to help others, he has also received certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Dry Needling, CrossFit level one, Endurance, Olympic lifting, and Mobility. In 2019 Seth opened Life Prescribed, a life optimization consulting company where he provides seminars, online coaching and consulting, and interactive presentations that help people grow and maximize their time and energy. Aaron Rayford, PA

Aaron received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a minor in biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he went on to work in a multitude of orthopedic settings where he gained experience in trauma, pain management, total joint replacement, and foot and ankle care.

In 2017 after obtaining a certification as a registered orthopedic technician, his thirst for knowledge and love for orthopedics prompted him to advance his education. He received a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Colorado Mesa University in 2021 where he graduated with honors and earned the Maverick Award due to his determination, grit, and strive for excellence.

Aaron promises to bring the same mentality to patient care as a provider and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys playing basketball, watching sporting events, traveling, and spending time with his friends, family, and significant other.

Amy feels an overwhelming sense of gratitude for all the experiences that have brought her to where she is today. Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Amy learned the true meaning of southern hospitality and hard work. She has always been drawn to the medical field, and being a part of The Athlete Stop team has been rewarding.

Amy dedicates herself to providing the best possible care for our patients. Through her positive attitude and passion to serve, she ensures that everything runs smoothly and that every person who walks through our doors feels welcome and supported. She understands that the little things often make the biggest difference in someone's life.

Prioritizing her family and cherishing the moments spent with loved ones helps her always find a way to create new memories together.

Melissa, Financial & Marketing Coordinator

Melissa wasn't born in Texas but got here as quickly as she could! Having been a patient of The Athlete Stop for many years, she was delighted to join such a supportive and caring team. With a degree in psychology, a background in sales and as a domestic engineer, and an entrepreneurial side, she is able to wear many hats around the office.

Melissa describes herself as an extroverted introvert and enjoys getting to know patients and being able to help them navigate the financial side of healthcare. She also enjoys the quiet solitude behind the scenes in which she can get completely absorbed in finding ways to make improvements. Striving for improvement is her philosophy.

As an empty nester to three amazing children, Melissa and her husband enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
